WORKING WITH SASRA AS MEMBERS SECRETARY

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

The SASRA Members Secretary must:

Be a truly born again believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, demonstrating maturity in their faith

Confirm total agreement with the Association's Basis of Belief

Have a clear calling to the work of supporting Christians within the British Armed Forces

Meet the requirements of the military security authorities and the CRB to enhanced level

Have served in the military

HELPFUL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Having any of the following experience will be an advantage:

Proven preaching and/or teaching ability

Previous work in Sunday School or Christian based Youth organisations

Church leadership

Detailed knowledge of the structure and purpose of the British military
