On the 1st January 2020, Major General RJ Thomson CBE DSO became President of SASRA. He succeeds General the Lord Dannatt GCB CBE MC DL, who after 20 years as our President becomes President Emeritus of the Association.

ASR Steve Penny passed into the presence of his Lord and Saviour on Thursday 25th April 2019. Steve was a lively and engaging character, showing immense enthusiasm for sharing the Lord Jesus with soldiers, and took great satisfaction in his Scripture Reading duties.
